FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS A MOBILE MED SPA?
MOBO's unique model brings concierge medicine to the med spa industry. MOBO Franchisees are set up to be completely mobile, meaning they can bring safe, high quality med spa services to a variety of locations including businesses, homes, salons, spas and gyms. This is done in compliance with all state and local laws, and may or may not include a mobile clinic.
ARE TERRITORIES EXCLUSIVE?
Yes. Territories for MOBO franchisees are designed to be large enough to support a part- or full- time owner operator with optional support staff, and are exclusive. Franchisees with a proven track record of success may potentially be granted opportunity to expand to multiple territories.
WHAT IS THE INITIAL INVESTMENT?
The initial investment required to begin operations is estimated at $47,000-$80,000, which includes a non-refundable $15,000 initial franchise fee to cover training and on-boarding. This estimate includes initial purchase of Botox and filler, equipment, legal and professional fees, training, and operating capital. This does not include the cost of a body sculpting machine or mobile clinic, which are optional purchases and typically deferred until the franchisee has developed a solid client base.
CAN I DO THIS PART TIME?
Yes. The MOBO franchise system was designed to operate both as a side-hustle or as a full time operation. In fact, the initial concept and operation was a single part time injector who was also working 3 days per week in a hospital. There are minimum performance requirements for franchisees that should be achievable working around another job.
